These delicious easy homemade soups are perfect on a cold winter day. After a month or so of above average temperatures here in Vermont, we had a huge drop almost overnight that brought our temperatures back near zero. Thankfully, it seems it will only be here for a few days but while it’s here, I’ll be enjoying a few of these soups to stay warm.
