  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 1/2 cup dairy or non-dairy milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp protein powder

You can change the flavor of this quick strawberry smoothie recipe very easily. Just use frozen blueberries, raspberries. or blackberries instead of the strawberries. You could even make this strawberry smoothie without banana if you add more of another fruit. When you add the protein powder, you can use whatever flavor you like so consider French vanilla, chocolate, mocha or even peanut butter. While I use plain, unflavored Greek yogurt, you could substitute Key Lime, Lemon, Berry or French Vanilla in your recipe. the possibilities are really endless.

Did you know that if your smoothie is too thin you can add more frozen fruit to help thicken it up? Out of frozen fruit? Add more ice or frozen yogurt instead. Then, process on high for 20 to 30 seconds to make it smooth and enjoy this smoothie recipe for breakfast or anytime.
