Drink Recipes for Kentucky Derby Day

You can’t live in Vermont and not love horses! Our state animal is the Morgan horse so how could I not love them? Since we’ll be watching the Kentucky Derby, I decided to make some themed drinks and a snack for us to enjoy while we watched it.

When I think of Southern drinks, I think of iced tea.  Since Marty and I do not drink, I decided to try some delicious non-alcoholic drink recipes for Kentucky Derby.   We used Lipton Pure Leaf iced tea as the base for our drink recipes for Kentucky Derby Day.

Lipton Pure Leaf Iced Tea has a fresh brewed taste that features all-natural ingredients.  There are no preservatives and no high fructose corn syrup. Not only is Lipton Pure Leaf Iced Tea good for you, but its packaging is also good for you too!

  1. Thanks for sharing, the non-alcoholic recipes, those aren’t the easiest to come by. We don’t drink either, but we love iced tea. Will try these out for our next summer gathering!

    Happy Derby Day!
