You will love this maple wheat bread recipe! My husband and son are huge bread eaters. I can easily go through several loaves of bread each week. I have been buying bread made by a local bakery at our food coop because most bread in the grocery store contains ingredients I don’t want my family to eat. At almost $6 a loaf, I cannot afford to buy several loaves of local bakery bread a week. As much as I love home baked bread, I simply do not have time to make it by hand. Mixing, kneading, rising, kneading, you get the idea. I just have too many other things to deal with. I received a product for this post. Maple Wheat Bread Recipe
This Maple Wheat Bread recipe is a light wheat bread because it is part all-purpose and part wheat flour. My husband is very picky about his bread and won’t eat a full wheat bread. This is our compromise. Since our neighbor sugars our maple trees for us each spring, I try to use maple as my sweetener whenever possible. This is one of my favorite maple syrup bread recipes.

I love how easy the Hamilton Beach Home Baker Bread Machine is to use. There are different settings for 1.5 and 2.0 pound loaves. There are also settings for gluten free bread which will be a huge help with making Sarah bread. You can also bake French bread, quick bread, whole grain and sweet bread. If you like, you can use the bread machine to mix, knead and let the dough rise and then remove the dough to bake in the oven. You can even use the bread machine to make jam and cake!
For those that like to have warm bread with dinner, you’ll love that this bread machine has a delayed start feature and a keep warm feature. You can start bread in time to enjoy it warm in the morning or for dinner. Another thing I really like about the Hamilton Beach Home Baker Bread Machine is how quiet it is. The machine makes a soft whirring noise when it is mixing or kneading but other than that and the beeps to let you know what’s going on, I didn’t even hear that it was on.
