There are healthy drinks worth pampering yourself with and now that I have a bit more me time, I can enjoy them when I unwind at the end of the day. Morning time is my time for coffee but by mid afternoon, I’m ready for something else. What I choose really depends on my mood, the weather and how I feel.

  1. I normally have ginger tea or peppermint tea on hand for a queasy stomach (very often unfortunately) but hadn’t tried rose hip tea. I like the mint and ginger smell so maybe combo them, like you did, would be good.

    • I always give the kids peppermint tea for their stomach aches but I prefer the rose hips myself. You could certainly mix up a variety!
