If I’m feeling sluggish or having a hard time not snacking on something I shouldn’t, I opt for a protein smoothie instead.  Here are a few of my favorite healthy drinks:

Grandma’s Sweet Rhubarb Tea

Homemade Fresh Cranberry Juice

Blueberry ACV Detox Drink

Frozen Paleo Frappe

  1. I normally have ginger tea or peppermint tea on hand for a queasy stomach (very often unfortunately) but hadn't tried rose hip tea. I like the mint and ginger smell so maybe combo them, like you did, would be good.
    • I always give the kids peppermint tea for their stomach aches but I prefer the rose hips myself. You could certainly mix up a variety!
  2. I have seriously never considered making my own cranberry juice, but it is my favorite juice so I am giddy to try it and many of the others you suggest. I love smoothies too. Thanks for your roundup.
  3. I love these options .. its so true that you dont think about the amount of calories in the things we drink! Thanks for sharing!!
