There are healthy drinks worth pampering yourself with and now that I have a bit more me time, I can enjoy them when I unwind at the end of the day. 14 Healthy Drinks Worth Pampering Yourself With
If I’m coming down with a cold or I’ve splurged a bit too many times, I often choose something to detox with that helps me get rid of toxins. If I’m feeling sluggish or having a hard time not snacking on something I shouldn’t, I opt for a protein smoothie instead. Here are a few of my favorite healthy drinks:
Homemade Fresh Cranberry Juice
Rose Hip Tea for Upset Stomachs
Strawberry Protein Energy Smoothie
Yoga Detox Energy Boosting Tea

I normally have ginger tea or peppermint tea on hand for a queasy stomach (very often unfortunately) but hadn’t tried rose hip tea. I like the mint and ginger smell so maybe combo them, like you did, would be good.
I always give the kids peppermint tea for their stomach aches but I prefer the rose hips myself. You could certainly mix up a variety!
Oh, I love rhubarb!
Me too, Lisa! I use it a lot in the spring.
These are great recipes! I love it, thanks.
Glad to share!

Hope you have a chance to try a few, Rajean!
