You’re going to love this Paleo coffee creamer. I love coffee. My husband tells me I’m addicted to it. I just think the world starts a little bit better with a few cups of coffee. Way back before I started worrying about what was in the food I ate, coffee meant about half a cup of coffee and half a cup of one of those store-bought coffee creamers. You know, the ones with genetically modified corn syrup solids and trans-fats.

Pumpkin Spice Paleo Coffee Creamer
Once I realized exactly what I was stirring into my fair trade, organic coffee, I stopped, reluctantly. Now, I drink my coffee black with organic stevia but I still miss the taste of the creamy flavored coffee creamers I used to drink.
It seems like everywhere I look someone is posting about their seasonally flavored coffee and I’m missing flavored coffee creamers even more than ever before. I decided that the next time I made myself a cup of coffee in my Keurig 2.0, I would figure out how to make a Paleo coffee creamer that was pumpkin spice flavored.
What can I use for coffee creamer on Paleo?
This Paleo coffee creamer has coconut milk as a base. You should get the full-fat kind because that is what gives the creamer a creamy texture. It’s not a super sweet coffee creamer so if you are still trying to kick your sugar habit or you don’t follow the Paleo diet and just want a dairy-free coffee creamer, double the amount of maple syrup you use in this recipe.
What is the best paleo coffee creamer?
Well, of course, I think that this recipe is the best. This Pumpkin Spice Paleo Coffee Creamer will give your coffee a hint of pumpkin spice without the super sweetness of traditional coffee creamers. If you want to purchase a Paleo coffee creamer, you can try this one.
What coffee creamer is Whole30 compliant?
If you want a coffee creamer that is Whole30 compliant, you won’t be able to make this one since it contains maple syrup. Whole30 does not allow sweeteners like maple syrup or stevia. But, you can certainly get this one and use it. It’s also keto and vegan.
If you want to sweeten your coffee on Whole30, you can add vanilla bean or cinnamon. You can also add pumpkin to your coffee. But, you cannot use sweeteners. If you want a Whole30 coffee creamer recipe, you can try this one. It’s easy to make and it sounds absolutely amazing. It has only three ingredients. I love super simple recipes, especially during the holidays.
Vegan coffee creamer
If you’re entertaining during the holidays and want a vegan coffee creamer, this Paleo coffee creamer is a great option. It has no animal products in it, so your guests that are vegan can certainly enjoy it as well.
If you’re going to make a great cup of coffee, and that’s really the only kind to drink, make sure you do it in a Keurig coffee maker. Amazon has a great selection of Keurig coffee makers including the new 2.0 that I’m in love with. Check out the prices! And, here are a few ways to get coffee with less waste.
Eco-friendly coffee pods
I’m the first person to admit that I don’t function without coffee. I love the convenience of my Keurig but I hate the waste of traditional k-cups and the mess of reusable filters. At Intelligent Blends, you can get eco-friendly recyclable pods! Use my referral link and save 5% on your first order! I love the idea of minimizing waste when I drink my coffee.
If you’re looking for great coffee without the pods, you can find all sorts of ethically sourced coffee at Blue Bottle. Plus, they have some amazing coffee gift ideas and coffee makers that are eco-friendly. You can save $10 on Blue Bottle by using this link. Plus, their coffee is delicious! Check out their variety. I especially love their travel mugs. I’ve given several for gifts as well.
