Paleo Fish Recipes
Did you ever get really tired of cooking? Some weeks, it feels like I make the same meals over and over again. No one complains, but I really feel like I’m in a rut.
I want to do something different because I have found myself really tempted to run out for takeout when faced with another uninspired dinner. Because we buy half a cow at a time to get local grass-fed beef, I feel like we eat way too much red meat.
The one thing that we don’t eat very often is fish and that is honestly because I’m not really sure how to cook it.
Paleo Sunday Dinner Ideas
Since I’m trying really hard to make as many paleo recipes for my family as I can, I knew I needed to find some easy and delicious paleo fish recipes. Paleo fish recipes can be a challenge for me because I am most used to breading fish and baking or frying it.
No grains makes breading a bit of a challenge for me. I decided to make a Pesto Tilapia recipe for dinner. I’ve enjoyed Pesto Chicken before so I just took the basic idea for Pesto Chicken and turned it into Pesto Tilapia. The results were amazing and we all really loved it.
It’s very easy to make your own pesto. Many of the store-bought pestos have ingredients that are not paleo so check the label carefully.
This is my homemade pesto recipe. What are your favorite Paleo fish recipes? I’d love to try something new.
