How To Fight Cellulite
You are more likely to have cellulite if you’re overweight, have a bad diet, don’t exercise regularly or have hormone changes. In other words, most moms I know have cellulite.
I had no idea that it was actually possible to learn how to fight cellulite. I thought it was just one of those things that were here to stay no matter what. Summer is almost here and I’m not really looking forward to putting on a swimsuit without dealing with it.
I’m sure you already know that there are all sorts of medical treatments you can go through to fight cellulite. Even if I had the time and money to do this, it’s way too invasive for me to want to do. I need something that is relatively easy to do and doesn’t take tons of time.
Thankfully, there are several things you can do to fight cellulite that don’t involve liposuction or a trip to the doctor’s office.
Caffeine Creams
Caffeine improves blood flow to texturize skin, improving overall appearance. By rubbing on creams containing caffeine, you can help improve the blood flow to the area which will help right cellulite.
Retinol
Retinol stimulates collagen to smooth skin. So, retinol is a form of Vitamin A that helps fight the breakdown of collagen. It helps make the bumps that cellulite causes less visible. This cellulite cream has shea butter, retinol, and caffeine.
Ceramides
Ceramides help restores your skin’s barrier system for an immediate tightening effect. If your skin is lacking in ceramides, it will become dry, itchy and irritated. This ceramide supplement may help with skin repair.
Aloe vera
Aloe vera moisturizes and smooths skin tone. If you have a green thumb, you can simply grow your own aloe vera plant and use the juice directly on your skin. If you’d rather, you can use aloe vera gel. Check out my post on how to repot an aloe if you’d like to grow your own.
Can cellulite really go away?
