How to scent your home with oils

One of the easiest ways to use scents in your home is to use a diffuser. You simply add a few drops of these along with distilled water and turn it on.

It’s an easy way to use EOs and it can be moved from room to room as you want. They even make plug-in diffusers to make the process easier.

I love being able to change the scents in my home without using artificial fragrances. There are just so many natural options.

Of course, you can also make your own soy candles using these blends if you like to light candles.

Frequently asked questions

How should I store these blends?

I only make up enough of each blend to use at one time. I add the distilled water and the drops to my diffuser and then turn it on.

The original fall essential oils should be stored somewhere cool and dark so that they stay good as long as possible.

Why use oils in your home?

Scents like cinnamon are frequently used to help with respiratory problems. So, using it in your fall or winter blend is a great choice. It even has antibacterial and antiviral properties.

Scents like orange and fir help to cleanse the air. And, since our homes are closed up during the colder seasons, these oils can definitely help freshen the house.

EOs like cinnamon, clove, Frankincense, and lime all help to support your immune system. So, adding them to your autumn blends may help this way as well.

What’s the best brand to use?

So, I don’t stick to specific brands when I use EOs. It really depends on what I can afford. I prefer to find ones that are organic so I can trust the purity of the product.

But, find the ones that you can afford and make your own decisions about the fall essential oils you like.
