Baked Brie With Blueberries
Brie is a soft cheese that is named after the region in France where it came from (Brie). While you can eat it as is, my favorite way to enjoy it is to bake it.
You should bake Brie just long enough to make the soft center run from the outer rind. That way you can dip a hearty loaf of crusty bread or a few crackers in it to enjoy.
The sweet, crisp taste of R.W. Knudsen Just Blueberry juice goes perfectly with the creamy, rich taste of Brie. Pairing a juice made with berries gives any course a spring or summer feel and will help brighten the taste of Brie.
Note, that you do not want it to melt, you just want it to ooze out the center when you cut into it. Brie and blueberries is one of my favorite spring taste combinations.
