We eat Mexican flavors regularly since my husband is from Texas originally. But, I like to do something a little bit more festive on Cinco de Mayo. That said, I don’t have a lot of time to put together a healthy meal, so simple is good in my book.

Of course, there are a lot of fun snack and meal ideas you can put together for Cinco de Mayo. The kids love to dip, so we always have a big bag of CHI-CHI’S tortilla chips and a few varieties of CHI-CHI’S salsa. I’m all about mild salsa, but the kids tend to love the hot stuff, so I buy some for everyone.

CHI-CHI’S Brand is passionate about creating fun and festive gatherings through their delicious Mexican foods, including crowd-pleasing salsas, tortillas, and chips. You can find their products at your favorite mass retailer when you’re shopping for your Cinco de Mayo party or favorite Mexican dinner or snack.

My husband is the Mexican cook in our house, so he puts together tacos, refried beans, chicken enchiladas, and tortillas. I’m more about the Mexican Chocolate Pudding and the Mexican Mochaccino at the end of the meal.
