Nutella No Bake Cookies Recipe
I don’t eat sweets that often but my husband has a huge sweet tooth. Chocolate and hazelnut are one of his favorite flavor combinations, so of course, he loves Nutella. These delicious recipes are perfect when you’re craving something sweet. If you love desserts, you may want to try my BIG chocolate chip cookies. Or, these easy sugar cookies with maple frosting are always popular.
If you aren’t familiar with Nutella, it’s a chocolate spread that has hazelnuts added to it. You can use Nutella that you’d buy from the store, or you can make your own.
I found lots of recipes for homemade Nutella recipes on Pinterest. Nutella cookie recipes should work just as well with either type. There are lots of easy things to make with Nutella.
What do I do if my no-bake cookies don’t harden?
So, if your no-bake Nutella cookies aren’t hardening, you may need to put them in the refrigerator to cool them down. Provided you followed the measurements in this recipe, everything will harden up nicely.
Can I make peanut butter Nutella cookies?
Yes, you can substitute some or all of the Nutella in this recipe with peanut butter., It makes a delicious flavor combination. Or, you can make no-bake cookies with almond butter or cashew butter as well. Just use whatever combination your family will like the best. I have to admit these Nutella no-bake cookies are our favorite.
Nutella no-bake cookie balls
If you want to make these cookies into cookie balls, it’s not a problem. Just follow the same recipe. And, instead of scooping them onto the cookie sheet, you will form them into a ball. I find it easiest to use this cookie scoop.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 & 3/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 3 cups rolled oats
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine butter, milk, sugar, and cocoa.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat and continue to boil for 3 minutes, still stirring.
- Remove from heat and add Vanilla.
- Add Nutella.
- Add oats and mix well.
- Drop quickly onto waxed paper and allow cookies to cool and set.
