How to Make an Easy No Bake Vegan Protein Ball
Protein is an excellent choice when it comes to snacks because it can help you feel full longer. That means you need fewer calories to fill you up than with a different snack. It can also help you resist the temptation to snack on less healthy foods. Two of the easiest ways to get extra protein into your diet is by adding protein powder to your favorite recipe or by enjoying a protein bar for a snack.

- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 8 Medijool dates (no pits)
- 1/2 cup Purely Inspired French Vanilla Organic Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1 tbsp grated or hand chopped dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup full fat coconut milk
- Put the dates in your food processor and pulse until they form a paste.
- Add in the oats and pulse until blended.
- Put the other ingredients in a large bowl and add the date/oat mixture.
- Stir. You can add a tiny bit more coconut milk if it seems dry.
- Roll one tablespoon at a time into balls.
- Store tightly covered in the refrigerator.
There are a lot of different ways to add protein powder into your day. These protein balls are a great choice when you’re on the run. Just toss a few in a recyclable container and you’re on your way. You can also stir a scoop of protein powder into your smoothie, your yogurt or your favorite baked good.
