I’ve written about not sleeping as well as I used to. And, I’ve shared my thoughts on my metabolism slowing down. When you combine these two things, at the end of the day, it’s a struggle.

Getting more energy as you age seems to be something that people start to be concerned about starting in their fifties. For me, that’s when menopause happened so I know that there is a relationship there of some sort. But, if you’re wondering what age do you start feeling tired, it depends on the person and their lifestyle.

All I know is that I have spent far more time awake at night wondering why I was tired but not sleeping. Watching the clock doesn’t help anyone feel rested. And, it is more difficult to concentrate and accomplish your goals during the day if you are tired and rundown.
