Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies Recipe

You won’t believe how easy this ACV gummy recipe is to make. It uses only a few simple ingredients that you probably have on hand.

If you look at the price tag of these gummies online, it’s a lot more budget-friendly to just make them yourself. And, it only takes a few minutes to make up a batch yourself.

If you’re trying to lose weight, having a low carb way to take ACV gummies may make weight loss easier than higher sugar recipes.

Are ACV gummies effective?

Everyone has their thoughts on this, so you need to try them and decide. I find that they help me take ACV without dealing with the taste. I use it as part of my detoxing.

Some people swear by ACV gummies for fat loss but I have found the best thing to do is to reduce your carbohydrate intake.

What do apple cider vinegar gummies do?

You can use this apple cider vinegar gummies recipe to help improve your digestion, to get clearer skin, or as a part of your detox routine.

What do apple cider vinegar gummies do for females?

They can help with bloating, cramps, and other PMS symptoms. Taking a gummy is much easier than drinking apple cider vinegar.

I’ve tried drinking apple cider vinegar drinks in the past, and the taste can be off-putting. It’s much easier for me to eat a gummy or two instead.

This ACV gummy recipe is sweetened with natural apple juice and contains no added sweeteners. If you want a sweeter gummy, you can always add a tiny bit of honey.

Benefits of apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is so good for so many things. There are lots of reasons to try this apple cider vinegar gummies recipe.

Studies have shown that ACV can help control blood sugar, help with digestion, clear your skin, and lower the risk of heart disease.

Apple cider vinegar gummies recipe variations

ACV on its own would make these gummies super tart. That’s why the apple juice has been added.

But, you can easily make an apple cider vinegar pomegranate recipe by adding pomegranate juice. Or, you can add a bit of lemon juice to the apple juice for a citrus taste.

Just experiment until you get ACV gummies that you like the taste of.

What do I need to make apple cider vinegar gummies?

This ACV gummies recipe is made just like you would make homemade Jello. It uses unflavored gelatin as the base.

That’s what gives it the gummy form and makes it more solid. You will need some type of silicone mold to pour the liquid into to set.

Or, you could pour it into a pan and then cut the gummies into little squares if you prefer.

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened apple juice
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin

What type of apple cider vinegar should I use?

I’m a big fan of Briggs Apple Cider Vinegar. Their ACV is of very high quality. And, I’d recommend that you use that brand.

You can also get their ACV with the mother in it which is so important if you are using these for the health benefits of apple cider vinegar.

This product presentation was made with AAWP plugin.

What kind of unflavored gelatin should I use?

You can find Knox unflavored gelatin at the grocery store. This will be the most affordable choice.

However, if you want the best-unflavored gelatin for health reasons, I would recommend Great Lakes beef gelatin which is both Paleo and Kosher.

Are these Keto and Paleo?

Technically, the juice is not allowed on the Keto diet because it has high sugar content. However, you are taking such a small amount of it; the decision is yours.

After checking out the keto ACV gummies reviews, I saw that most taste awful. These ACV gummies work for me on a low-carb diet. This apple cider vinegar gummies recipe is Paleo friendly.

I did check out the apple cider vinegar gummies reviews for several other brands but decided homemade was best.

How do I store apple cider vinegar gummies?

Once these are made, you can simply store them in an airtight container on your counter. If the weather is super hot and humid, you can keep them in the refrigerator so they don’t stick together. But, they should be fine on the counter at room temperature.

If you don’t have time to make your own ACV gummies today, I really recommend the Simpli ACV Keto Gummies. You can get them here.

SimpliHealth ACV + Keto is one of my go-to brands when I am running short on time. You can often find coupons on Amazon for the Simply Health ACV + Keto gummies so check there first to save.

  1. Hi, it’s the first time I do the gummies. I have a problem when I take them to work. They get soft and stick together. Do you have any idea in how to keep them hard? I love the recipe! Thanks!!!

  2. Hi, Ellen! I’d like to ask the shelf life if left at room temperature. Also, will refrigerating prolong the life of the gummies? Thanks!

  3. What size is the mold? ml? The one set you recommended has different sizes, which one do your suggest for the best gummies? I know I am supposed to take 1 to 2 tablespoons of ACV a day, so trying to figure out the gummy size, which should equal out to 2 a day. I love this idea and recipe you provide. Drinking ACV straight is hurting the tummy and I don't want to take any pills with a bunch of stuff in it. This recipe is excellent choice for me. Thank you

      • Hi there- I didnt have any silicone molds on hands, so I used empty ice cube trays, I only filled them half way but I think I probably could have filled them all the way if the dose is 2 tablespoons. They seemed to do the trick! I did use sweetened apple juice because it was all I had on hand. Thanks for the recipe.

    • Hi - I am not sure if fresh gelatin is the same as regular gelatin. According to what I've read, powdered gelatin (like Knox) disperses more easily. Perhaps try adding a bit of knox powdered gelatin and refrigerating it?

  4. Hello, Do you know if you would follow the the same servings for each one as Goli. Such as 2 3 times a day? Thank you.
