Chicken Tenders with BKW Seasoning

This is so easy to make and just as tasty as any store bought chicken tenders. If you like your chicken tenders with more breading, you can dip the chicken pieces in egg before you dip them in flour. Otherwise, just rinse them in water first.

1 pound or more of chicken breast tenders
4 cups of flour
vegetable oil for frying
BKW Seasoning Original Blend

Dip:

Sour cream 16 ounces
One package dry Ranch dip mix

Mix together & chill.

Cut chicken tenders into small bite size pieces. Heat oil in cast iron pan until it sizzles when you add a drop of water to it. Rinse chicken pieces in water or dip in egg. Dip in flour. Drop in hot oil and cook until brown on both sides and cooked through. Drain on paper towels or on a brown paper grocery bag. Sprinkle liberally with BKW Seasoning Original Blend. Dip into Sour Cream Ranch Dip.
