Feeding my family a healthy diet is a priority, and one of the ways I do that is by looking for products that are organic and made from natural ingredients. Like many women, I prefer to shop at one store for our groceries, and I want to get the best prices I can there. I don’t have time to run from store to store each weekend. There are just too many other things I need to get done.
Apple Cinnamon Yogurt Parfait with Oat and Honey Granola
Getting the kids off for the day with a healthy breakfast isn’t easy. They are much more likely to head out with just a cup of coffee, and I know that’s not the best choice for anyone. It’s much easier to entice them to stop for breakfast when it’s easy and fast like this Apple Cinnamon Yogurt Parfait with Oat and Honey Granola. All they need to do is scoop it into a glass or a bowl, and they’re done. They can even put it in a plastic container to eat as a snack or dessert later in the day if they prefer.

Cascadian Farm Organic Oats and Honey Granola is certified organic and non-GMO which is important to me. There are no artificial colors or flavors, and the packaging they use for this product is a USDA Certified Biobased Product (package 68%) and is made from 100% recycled paperboard. I like that I can find products like Larabar, Cascadian Farm Organic, and Annie’s at my local Walmart. I’ll be there every week refilling prescriptions anyway, so it’s easy to pick up what I need while I wait.
The next time you’re at Walmart, look for the natural and organic products like Cascadian Farm Organic Oats and Honey Granola. Try it for breakfast or as a part of a healthy snack like my Apple Cinnamon Yogurt Parfait with Oat and Honey Granola.

Thanks, Laura!

Thanks, Betty!
I must have missed the apple sales since I haven’t seen them in a while. I have a few sets of new Ball jars with handles that would be perfect for this. You’re not supposed to heat them too much so this would be a perfect use for them beyond the smoothies that I make.
That would definitely work. We’re in the heart of apple country here so we have great deals on them just about year round.
This looks sooo good! Must try!
Thanks, Katie!
