Ingredients

  • 1 Dragon Fruit or pataya, peeled & cut into chunks
  • Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla depending on your preference
  • 1 cup of other miscellaneous fruit (berries, peaches, papaya, etc.), cut up
  • 1 cup of granola

Instructions

  1. Make layers of the fruit, yogurt and granola until your bowl or glass is full.
  2. Enjoy!

  3. When I'm trying to theme foods for my kids, I normally end up with desserts based off of their favorite characters.  This parfait would be such a fun, more nutritious way to bring the dragons home with us.

  4. I've never tried dragon fruit but I'm not much for fruit (but huge veggie fan). Love the lunch box. I have a soft side red and pink Hello Kitty lunch box, which I love.
