Looking for Super bowl 2017 invitations (or 2018, 2019 or 2020)? If you’re having a football party this year, don’t run out and buy invitations. Make your own big game day invitation printable this year to invite people to your party. This football party invitation would work equally as well for a football-themed birthday party or even for Father’s Day for a Dad who loves football.

Game Day Invitation Printable
I used a standard weight copy paper when I printed my game day invitation printable. You can use a heavier weight paper if you plan on handing them out in person. But, if you’re going to mail these to friends and family, I would use copy paper. Then just fill out the blank part at the end with your name, address and party details. Don’t forget to include a phone number so that people can RSVP. If you would prefer not to make your own invitations, here are a few Super Bowl 2017 invitations that will work for any year.
2017 Super Bowl Invitations to Make
Printables are easy to make. But, if you want a craft that you and the kids can make for your party, check out these easy football party invitations. You only need a few simple craft items to create your own football themed notecards to send out to friends and family. And, these are really easy enough that the kids can make them. So, if your kids want to invite a few friends over to watch the game with the adults, why not suggest they make their own invitations.
Football party menu
Of course, it wouldn’t be a party without food, would it? You can check out a few ideas for healthy party snacks that I put together. To save time, I make a few family favorites and then add some healthy store-bought snacks so I don’t spend all day in the kitchen. This easy chili in the slow cooker is always a big hit or try my white chicken chili with sour cream for a different taste. If you do choose to use the slow cooker, you can keep it warm during the party. It’s a lot easier that way so you don’t have to stay in the kitchen.
So, if you enjoy football, why not check out this tailgating recipe. My hot cheese dip recipe is a family favorite. I get asked for it at every football party we attend. Looking for a few more ideas to go with these Super Bowl invitations? You know that you need lots of food at your football party. I am always amazed at how hungry everyone is.
We keep decorations to a minimum but I have a few plastic football platters that I bring out each year for chips and dip and salsa. If you like, you can grab some football-themed party plates and cups for your party to cut down on the dishwashing. Just make sure that you stock up on plenty of ice to keep drinks cold and keep the food coming. Your guests will be so into the game that they won’t need much more than a comfortable chair. Here are a few simple Super Bowl or football-themed decor ideas.

Each invitation will print on a full size 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper. Don’t forget to print out some Superbowl party games for your guests too! You’ll want to have a few fun things to do during the commercials and half time if you don’t want to watch the show.
If you’re planning this party for someone else and are not really a fan yourself, check out the Sportscaster’s Guide to Watching Football. You won’t believe how much I learned. I am almost as knowledgeable about the rules now as my husband is. And, he is a huge football fan. Let me know what you think if you have a chance to read it.

Thanks, Tracie. Glad you liked them.

Glad to help, Lisa!
Thanks a lot. That was super useful and made all the difference for people to show up!
Glad to help, Chris!
Very nice idea, my father in law has a birthday party this coming weekend. This can be a good idea for a twist to be a thank you card as he is a super fan.
That would definitely work!
Super cute! Handmade invitations are way better than store bought 🙂
I totally agree!
