How long does it take CBD Oil to work?
If you take the CBD oil drops on an empty stomach with no meal, it will take about an hour for you to feel the effects and the effects will not last as long. When you take them with a healthy meal, your body will absorb more CBD and it will last longer and you should feel the effects in two to three hours.
There are a variety of healthy fats that you can take your CBD oil with. Try taking them in the morning along with some full-fat Greek yogurt. Remember, you want to take them with fat so avoid the low-fat or non-fat products for this reason.
If you want to take them with lunch or dinner, try a garden salad topped with sliced avocado or a big bowl of guacamole and salsa to dip tortilla chips in.
