Have you tried Provella? I try to pay a lot of attention to taking my vitamins and supplements to promote digestive, feminine and immune health.  It’s important to me to try and stay as healthy as possible so that I don’t come down with every bug the kids bring home from school.  I like vitamins and supplements that are specifically designed for women.  I know that my body’s needs are not the same as my husband’s so it only makes sense that the vitamins and supplements I take won’t be the same as his are. One of the supplements that I take regularly is a probiotic.  Probiotics help restore and maintain the balance of good bacteria to support digestive and feminine health. Provella has a proprietary blend of 6 bacteria strains that was specifically chosen for maximum benefit to women to support digestive, feminine, and immune health.  There are tons of different types of microorganisms that live in your body.

When you think of bacteria,  you probably think of something bad but there are good bacteria too.  They do things like help digest your food.  When the natural balance of good and bad bacteria is upset, you may experience stomach upsets and feminine health problems.  We all know what these are and when I have these problems, nobody in the house is happy.

Some probiotics can be harsh on the stomach so I am very careful about which brands I use.  Provella uses a patented controlled-release technology that helps protect the good bacteria of Provella from harsh stomach acid.  It’s designed to help the active bacteria get to your intestines where they can start working. Provella is both gluten free and suitable for vegetarians.

Provella contains no artificial colors or preservatives at all. It’s very simple to take.  All you need to do is take one pill a day.  You can take it with or without food at any time of the day you want. I generally take my pills right before bed and I never remember pills that say I have to take them in the morning or with a meal.  I like that I can take Provella when I want to. Provella is really working for me.

  1. My mom has been taking this and she has had nothing but good things to say about it.

You made me kinda giggle about everyone in the house not being happy when your tummy isn't happy. I'm really glad this helps keep your system in better balance.
  3. I love that it seems to benefit not just one aspect of your body, but three, that's awesome! Thanks for sharing :)

I am a believer in Probiotics! Our bodies' systems are so far from where they need to be due to most families diets. We eat mainly whole foods but when we went of vacation last month our systems were thrown for a curve. Using probiotics might be the way to get back on track!
  5. I am a huge proponent of probiotics. When my son was diagnosed with food allergies, our Ped recommended them and our entire family takes them. : )
  6. I take probiotics every day but havent heard of this one. I will have to keep my eyes open!
