Daisy Museum – Rogers Arkansas
It’s no secret that as a family we love Daisy BB Guns. I recently had the chance to cover the Daisy BB Gun Championship Match in Arkansas. Since the Daisy Museum was free to visit during the championship match, it only made sense to stop by.
The Daisy Museum in Rogers, Arkansas shares the history of the Daisy Airgun dating back to the 18th century. I loved being able to look at the older Daisy guns from as far back as 1888.
There is such a huge difference in the older version of the guns. There was even an interesting World War II display. As a history buff, I found all of this fascinating and as someone with a passion for marketing,
I loved checking out the antique packaging and advertising. Advertising is so different today than it was 100 or even 50 years ago.
Of course, there is lots to see about shooting in general including video presentations and a shooting education display. If you are a fan of the movie A Christmas Story, you will find a lot of movie memorabilia from the movie at the Museum.
If you aren’t familiar with the movie, the BB gun that the little boy receives is the Red Ryder BB Gun which is a Daisy product. It’s also the BB Gun that my son has.
You can read more about our love of Daisy BB Guns and see why we are fans.
A visit to Rogers, Arkansas wouldn’t be complete without stopping at the Daisy Museum.

Looks like a great museum to learn and explore. Although as a Canadian I know nothing about guns or Daisy’s.
I have never been to Arkansas. If I ever get out that way I will have to check this out!

I remember having a Daisy BB gun as a child. Seems like we used pellets in it too. SO much fun as a kid.
