There are many different reasons that your shoulder may hurt so if you haven’t already, you should speak to your medical provider to find out what’s best for your individual situation. I am not a doctor and am only sharing what’s working for me.

Once you’ve determined why your shoulder is bothering you, the next step is to figure out how to get some relief so that you can be more comfortable. It’s difficult to sleep or go through the day comfortably when your shoulder is bothering you.

What works for your specific circumstance will depend, in part, on why your shoulder is bothering you. Here are a few things that often work for me.

What essential oil is good for shoulder pain?

I am a firm believer in using essential oils in my wellness routines. Peppermint essential oil is often used to help alleviate chronic pain and lavender oil has natural anti-inflammatory properties.
