So what are the health benefits of Turmeric Curcumin? About all I knew about Turmeric until a few months ago was that I used it in Indian curry recipes. Since I am not a fan of curry at all, I didn’t give Turmeric much thought. I was reading an article online about the health benefits of Turmeric Curcumin for inflammation and decided to look into it a little bit more.

Health Benefits of Turmeric Curcumin
If you’re wondering what Turmeric Curcumin is, Turmeric comes from the rhizomes of the Curcuma longa plant. Curcumin is the most active property of Turmeric and is responsible for the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties of Turmeric.
Because many diseases are linked to inflammation (arthritis, Alzheimers, diabetes, heart disease, thyroid issues, etc.), introducing Turmeric Curcumin may prove beneficial.
You cannot digest Turmeric or Curcumin well on their own, so doctors recommend that you take Turmeric Curcumin along with black pepper or Piperine. This will help your body benefit from the inflammatory properties.
Since I’m not interested in eating curry on a regular basis to see if it helps with inflammation, I have been taking Tru-Organic Turmeric Curcumin with Piperine Organic Extract. It’s a maximum strength supplement that provides 1300mg per day. It’s up to twenty times more effective than regular turmeric powder or capsules with no organic piperine extract.
The Wellness Daily Tru-Organic Turmeric Curcumin capsules are formulated using 95% standardized curcumin extract. They are a powerful antioxidant that strengthens the immune system. I love knowing that they are 100% natural and made with certified organic Turmeric. They are free of soy, gluten, milk, egg, wheat, GMOs, peanuts, sweeteners, shellfish and sugar. Plus, they are made in the USA, in an FDA registered facility, which is important to me.
I certainly recommend that you speak to your doctor about inflammation and using the Wellness Daily Tru-Organic Turmeric Curcumin capsules if you’re experiencing any of these diseases.

It’s amazing how much food and natural ingredients can affect our health and wellbeing. I think that adding turmeric curcumin would be beneficial (but I still want to eat more curry too..yum!).
You can have all the curry LOL.
I have to admit that I didn’t know anything about turmeric either until now. I love the idea of using more natural approaches to our health
I definitely appreciate using natural remedies first.
