These easy natural sinus relief salts are all that’s standing between me and a week in bed. Seriously. My daughter came home with a cold last week and has managed to give it to not only me but everyone else in the house. Everyone is sick. That means that no one but me is going to get anything done this week. I don’t have time to get sick. I have a business and a home to run. Thankfully, this is helping.

Easy Natural Sinus Relief Salts for When Your Sick
There are a lot of over the counter medications you can buy for your sinuses, and they have their place. If my homemade remedies don’t provide relief, I will turn to an over the counter medication and a visit to the doctor when I have to. Most of the time, a natural remedy helps me feel better and the illness runs its natural course. I cannot urge you enough to see a doctor if you don’t feel better or think you may have a sinus infection. These easy natural sinus relief salts may help sinus pressure from a cold or allergies, but they will not help a sinus infection.

This sounds wonderful!! I bet it would even be great during the allergy season. Pinning this to try!
It definitely helps during allergy season!
I love to use both Eucalyptus and Peppermint oils to open my nasal passages. I don’t get too many colds or sinus infections thankfully, but often get stuffy now and again for reasons unknown. Probably just the dirty LA air here but those oils really help. A bonus that they seem to wake me up too.
They definitely do help me feel energized!
Actually having a full blown sinus infection is awful! I do all I can to reduce sinus pressure and help my body heal before things get out of hand. Thanks for sharing your recipe, this looks great! …. and easy! 🙂
Glad to share, Andrea!
Hi Ellen,
Of all days I see your post. I’m down with a miserable cold. 3 rd day and I decided to go out and do my commenting on other blogs and I find your article. This is so much needed for me. I have all the ingredients and will be heading to the kitchen in about 30 minutes to try this. My granddaughter came in with a cold a couple of weeks ago and it went through the entire house – me being the last one. Trying to prevent if from moving back through.
Anyway, thanks for the ingredients. I’ll let you know how it worked.
Take care,
Barbara
So sorry you aren’t feeling well. I hope this does the trick!
