Cute Christmas Craft Ideas for Kids – Christmas Rabbit
You can change the way he looks easily by starting with a different color washcloth or adding different color ribbons. This is a cute Christmas craft ideas for kids to make but please make sure not to give it to younger children who still put things in their mouths.
Materials Needed:
Washcloth
1 pom pom for nose
2 googly eyes
1 rubber band
ribbon
glue
Place the washcloth diagonally on the table and fold it in half so it looks like a triangle with the point up.
Starting at the pointy end, roll the washcloth carefully into a roll.
Fold it in half.
Fold it in half again.
Holding it tightly wrap a rubber band tightly around the end that has a double fold. Fluff the bunny’s ears carefully.
Glue on the eyes and ears and add a festive bow. I used curling ribbon but you can use any type of ribbon. I would suggest selecting a ribbon that is not more than 1/8″ wide so that it lays flat when you tie it.
