Easy Shrimp Cocktail Sauce Recipe

I know that most people probably buy cocktail sauce in a jar from the grocery store but with this cocktail sauce recipe you will be able to make your own instead.  I like offering finger food and appetizers when we entertain but in the summer I don’t want to heat up the oven to cook them.  That rules out a lot of the traditional appetizers that we offer when we have friends over.  Thankfully, shrimp with cocktail sauce works even on the hottest day of the year. This post has been sponsored.

If you look at a bottle of cocktail sauce on the grocery store shelf, chances are you are going to see high fructose corn syrup as an ingredient.   • 1/2 cup organic ketchup
  • 2 tbsp horseradish
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of hot sauce sauce
  • squeeze of fresh lemon, organic


  1. Combine all ingredients and chill until cold.
  2. Serve with shrimp.
