There are a lot of sleep system benefits that I’ve shared with you over the past few months from less back pain to a better night’s sleep. However, there are several benefits that you may not be aware of. Don’t get me wrong, a good night’s sleep and waking up without back pain are great things. I am in a much better mood because of it. But, I’ve discovered a few other things that have improved since I started sleeping on the Reverie Sleep System. The product was provided.

4 Sleep System Benefits You Need to Know About
Before I had the opportunity to use a sleep system, I considered the bed to have two uses – sleep and folding the laundry (you knew I was going to say that). I went to sleep, woke up, and made the bed. Then I stopped thinking about the bed until I started feeling sleepy again. With the Reverie Sleep System, my entire outlook has changed because I’ve discovered these extra benefits:
- A comfortable place for me time – I don’t get a lot of me time. Like most women, most of my day is spent either working, taking care of the house or taking care of someone else. The Reverie Sleep System has given me a comfortable place to disappear to read my favorite book and enjoy a cup of tea. I can adjust the bed so I can read in bed comfortably during my afternoon break.
- A place to bond with others – Bonding with older children can be a challenge. They have their lives and their friends, and they aren’t excited about spending the afternoon with their parents. They love the surround sound stereo system I received for the Reverie Sleep System and were very impressed when I played a few of their favorite songs from my iPhone through the speakers on the Reverie Sleep System. Now, I’m a cool mom, at least for 15 minutes or so.
- Somewhere quiet to work – I don’t recommend working at night when you should be sleeping, but there are times I want somewhere quiet to work when the kids have friends over like they did last weekend. I can adjust the Reverie Sleep System, so it’s comfortable to work in bed, grab my laptop and plug into my favorite podcast.
- Create a relaxing oasis – Stress is no fun, and it’s not easy to manage. On those truly difficult days, I close the door, turn on the massage function, play some soft soothing sounds through the surround sound and focus on something calming like a bouquet of flowers or a scented candle.
Having a Reverie Sleep System has changed the way I think about my bed. It’s no longer just a place to sleep. It’s given me a comfortable place to relax during the afternoon when I need down time. Get a free info kit and learn more about the Reverie Sleep System benefits.

This is sooo something I could use. Maybe I could ask for it for my birthday since my husband always says I am hard to buy for. Perhaps I could post pictures of it all around the house, maybe he would get the hint? lol.
Hey, that may work!
Finding the place for me time and getting ready for sleep is so crucial. I love reading and try to carve out a few minutes each day to dive into a good book.
It can be tough to find those few minutes!
My bed seems to be the place to be for all of the kids in the family. I love that my older kids love to come in, throw themselves down and chat for a little while. Then they are off again.
That’s wonderful, Debi!
I have never heard of Reverie sleep system before. Good sleep is so important. I used to love to read in bed but now just fall asleep whenever I get into bed.
I tend to fall asleep quickly now too, Val.
My husband is gone two evenings a week, so I take those nights to unwind & take a little me time. Watch the shows I want while watching dessert. I think I need a sleep system to make my evenings even better.
That’s a great idea, Crystal!
