Do you know how to deal with urinary urgency? Besides crossing your legs and hoping like heck the feeling passes? Have you ever been school shopping in the mall, with your son, when that feeling hit and you prayed to the heavens that you’d find a restroom and make it there in time? I have and it’s not fun.

How to Deal with Urinary Urgency

My son and I headed to New York this past weekend to shop at a larger mall than we have in our area. It was great to spend time with him and I always love shopping. What wasn’t fun is realizing that I had to go NOW, in a mall, where I had no idea how to find a bathroom. Thankfully, my son has good eyes and a potential problem was eliminated.

Nearly half of the women in the U.S. can relate to this situation and spend most of the day planning pit stops to the bathroom because of occasional urinary control issues. New AZO Bladder Control with Go-Less is for women on the move who won’t let occasional urinary urgency become a barrier for enjoying what’s most important in life. AZO Bladder Control is a safe and drug-free blend of clinically studied ingredients, designed to support healthy bladder function to help women worry less about having to find a bathroom and feel more in control.

If you’re wondering how to deal with urinary urgency in your life, try these tips along with AZO Bladder Control with Go-Less:

  • Kegel exercises – Remember when the doctor had you do these when you were pregnant? Keep doing them.
  • Get into the habit of trying to go even when you don’t have to – It works for the kids and it works for you too.
  • Try to double void – When you’re in the bathroom & think you’re done, relax and try again just in case.
  • When you’re going somewhere new, make sure you know where the restrooms are.  Many malls have their floor plan on their website so you can be prepared.

I love that AZO Bladder Control with Go-Less contains naturally sourced ingredients. AZO Bladder Control with Go-Less contains no synthetic colors, flavors, yeast or gluten. It’s a blend of Pumpkin Seed Extract and other naturally sourced ingredients that help to optimize normal bladder activity and bladder strength.  This helps to control the need to go to the bathroom day and night.  That means you will sleep better and I know sleep is definitely something that I can use more of. AZO Bladder Control with Go-Less safely reduces occasional urgency to help you stay on the move with no emergencies.

  1. I learned that urgency to go is associated with the weakening of the muscles in one’s pelvic floors; and can be cause by trauma, pregnancy, or aging.

  2. Growing up with kidney problems I can’t even explain how much time I spent in the bathroom. Between constant UTIs and not really knowing if I had completely emptied my bladder these probably would of been a HUGE help!

  3. I have used the AZO Cranberry tablets but I also found on their site that they sell the test strips to check for UTIs yourself. I’m a really DIY person as a nurse and so easy to use these. I like that this product you feature here has pumpkin seed extract–love them!

  4. I learned When the muscles and tissue which help support the bladder become weak (which can happen with aging, pregnancy, or menopause) you may feel a sensation of increased urge to go.
