Ways to Improve Joint Health

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk or non-dairy milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  4. i have tried glucosamine but it did not settle well with my stomach, neither does calcium, i do take vit d and eat yogurt and drink silk almond milk. i also watch my weight.

  5. 'Tis the season of pumpkin spice. I do love cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon - all of those delightful spices. Your smoothie looks delicious. I will have to try it for the hubby. He takes a glucosamine pill every day. This might be more fun
