Amazon Prime Photos Family Vault Allows Easy Family Sharing – $500 GC Giveaway

I love taking photos and sharing them with family members. Sometimes I catch the cats doing something adorable or I want to catch the kids and I doing something fun when Marty isn’t with us. Or, sometimes the kids take a photo that they want to share with me. In the past, sharing photos has been a complicated process involving downloading and emailing photos to other people. Now, Prime Photos Family Vault allows easy family sharing. Thanks to Amazon for sponsoring this post and providing prizes for the giveaway!

Prime Photos Family Vault Allows Easy Family Sharing

Prime Photos Family Vault

Amazon has launched an all-new Prime Photos experience with Family Vault. Now, Prime members can share their benefit of unlimited photo storage with up to five family members or friends at no additional cost. Prime Photos is free for Prime members and makes it easy for family members to safely store and share all their favorite photos. Plus, it’s a great way to free up space on your phone with free photo storage.

Additional new features include Image Search, People view, and Places view. And Prime members can now order photo prints, cards, photo books, and calendars directly from their Prime Photos account. Download the new Prime Photos app here: www.tinyurl.com/PrimePhotos

All you need to do to take advantage of this feature is to add your photos to your account with a simple swipe or set your account to do this automatically. Then, you share the benefit of unlimited photo storage and 5 GB for videos and other files with up to five family members or friends. You can use their smart search technology to easily search through the photos. Just type keywords like wedding or beach or vacation and it will find the photos that match for you. Customers can also browse photos of individual family members and friends in the People view as well as search and filter by location or date. Photo sharing couldn’t be easier!

You can now order photo books, cards, and prints directly on the web from your Prime Photos account. Amazon Print products start at just nine cents a print, and ships with free delivery for Prime members. This is a great option for those of you looking for gift ideas for Grandparents. They’ll love having access to all of the kid’s photos and would be thrilled to receive a photo book as a gift this year.

  1. I am so curious about this. DO you think you will use in place of Dropbox? So it just automatically uploads from my phone and camera if I set it up that way?

    • I don’t think I will use it to replace Dropbox. I primarily use Dropbox for business things. You can set Amazon Prime photo to automatically upload all your photos if you want to. I pick and choose since I use it for so many work photos and no one needs that but me.
