I have been searching for a fish soup recipe that was easy and could be prepared on a busy evening. This fish soup recipe was created using product provided by Gorton’s which makes it not only easy but delicious. My kids are huge fans of Gorton’s Fish Sticks and enjoy them on busy nights when I don’t have time to cook from scratch. I love their new fish fillets that are grilled and not breaded and I have wanted to try their Grilled Salmon for a long time.

I decided to incorporate the Gorton’s Grilled Salmon into this Coconut Fish Soup recipe. Gorton’s Grilled Salmon is wild caught and gluten free. It contains no MSG, artificial colors or flavors. They are flame-grilled and expertly seasoned with a classic blend of real herbs and spices.
Coconut Fish Soup Recipe
This Coconut Fish Soup recipe is absolutely delicious and you can have it on the table in 15 minutes. It’s perfect for the night that you are short on time. It’s even better reheated the next day for lunch. Because it is gluten free, it’s a recipe that my daughter can enjoy as well. I love that the Gorton’s Grilled Salmon is certified gluten free. It’s one less worry about what to serve.

I Pinned this so that I hve the link handy when I go to make this. If I had salmon in the house I would be in the kitchen making this now. Thank you.
What a clever way to use the salmon, I never would have thought of soup. I love that’s it’s gluten free too!
The only fish soup I’ve had is clam chowder (does that even count? lol) and I love salmon, so I might really love this!

We eat A LOT of salmon in my house so this is a recipe I would like to try. It actually reminds of a Thai soup I have had in the past.

I have to say that I would have never dreamed up this recipe, but I think you’ve sold me on it. Looks yummy!
My husband really loves fish, as I am not a fan. We normally have Gorton’s on hand for him, and I try to make him fish from time to time, and then I just eat something else. I might try this soup for him next time!! Something new and I bet he would love it!
I must say I’m not the biggest fan of coconut but I do LOVE me some salmon. I haven’t had it in quite awhile so maybe I should invest in some Gorton’s grilled salmon (I love the fact that it’s gluten free)!
I will tell you that I would have never thought of making a fish soup, but it sounds tasty

This sounds really good and looks pretty simple to whip up, a feature I always appreciate! Will have to try making soon!
I’ve never tried a coconut fish soup before, I guess it’s something like a curry. (My husband loves a plate of hot steaming rice drowning with a coconut fish curry on top.)
I love this recipe because it is so unique compared to my usual dinners and makes a meal that my family won’t say, “Chicken pot pie… again?!” My hubby and son always want me to make more seafood type meals.
As always, beautiful photos. I love coconut shrimp, but have never tried it as a soup. Hmmm….I like that’s its quick. I would try it on a night when the kids are busy and it’s just me and hubby. He and I enjoy trying new and exotic foods.
